This newly created role offers an excellent opportunity for a vibrant, sociable and confident experienced Bookkeeper / Accounts Administrator to take ownership of the position and help shape their internal processes.
You will work closely with a friendly team of six, alongside their sister production company, in a collaborative and creative office environment.

Reporting directly to the Directors, you will be responsible for the day-to-day financial administration of the business, ensuring accuracy, organisation, and timely reporting using QuickBooks.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing the accounts inbox
2. Processing purchase invoices, receipts, and payments
3. Reconciling bank transactions and supplier payments
4. Raising client and commission invoices
5. Monitoring payments and reviewing aged debtors with Directors
6. Preparing monthly Profit & Loss reports for internal use
7. Creating monthly salary journals and prompting staff and HMRC payments
