SAP HCM UK & Ireland Payroll Consultant
Responsibilities:
* Provide solutions for complex issues and ensure maintenance and quality assurance.
* Design and test new solutions aligned with business needs.
* Manage workload, investigate and resolve reported issues, and provide support and documentation.
* Engage with stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulations.
* Collaborate effectively with internal and external parties.
* Deliver change orders within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Skills:
* Expertise in SAP HCM UK & Ireland Payroll, configuration, and testing across HCM modules.
* Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
* Ability to identify and resolve issues collaboratively.
* Commercial awareness and proficiency in MS Office.
Requirements:
* SAP experience in ERP HR and Payroll.
* Excellent SAP HXM/HCM product knowledge.
* Experience in support ticket handling and workload management.
* Strong operational knowledge of HR and Payroll, especially in UK legislation.
* Familiarity with SuccessFactors is advantageous.
