As a key member of our HR team, you’ll be the go‑to person for employees and managers alike, helping navigate everything from day-to-day HR questions to more complex employee relations matters. You’ll play a hands‑on role in shaping how we support our people, ensuring our HR operations run smoothly, fairly, and in compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities


Employee Relations

* Act as the first point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and workplace issues.
* Support managers with performance management, coaching, and employee relations guidance.
* Ensure all employee matters are handled with fairness, consistency, and in line with company policies and labor laws.


Documentation & Compliance

* Draft and manage HR documents including offer letters, disciplinary notices, policy updates, and employment verifications.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure HR and recruiting processes are compliant and accurate.
* Maintain organized and up‑to‑date personnel records in accordance with legal and internal standards.


Policy & Process Management

* Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
* Help resolve HR‑related issues and elevate when necessary.
* Use survey tools to gather and analyze employee feedback to inform engagement strategies.


Cross‑Functional Collaboration

* Partner with other teams to improve HR workflows and enhance the employee experience.
* Support initiatives around diversity, inclusion, compliance, and talent development.


Candidate Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
* 3 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role.
* Good understanding of HR operations and best practices.
* Familiarity with U.S. labor laws and a willingness to learn international regulations.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems.
* Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* A high level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based.

Subject to the program and location of the position.

Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.

Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
