Hours: 15 Hours per week (Saturday & Sunday) You are responsible for meeting and greeting people, providing them with a warm friendly professional customer service that involves you: being proactive in providing refreshments to residents and visitors in the café areas and dining rooms. making sure the café is stocked with food, drinks, cakes etc and is a welcoming and stimulating environment to all. maintaining the cleanliness of the café to the highest of Meallmore standards working alongside the care team ensuring residents have great experiences. A keen eye for detail to ensure the home is always looking its best. You will have: experience of working within a front of house hospitality environment such as waitering and barista as examples. excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate kindness, compassion and empathy. the ability to demonstrate knowledge of what excellent customer service looks like.
