Job Reference: 868 Job Title: Building Services AC Engineer Salary: £40,000 per annum Location: Birmingham Job Type: Technical / Engineering Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Job Summary We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Building Services AC Engineer to join our client’s on-site engineering team at a large mixed-use commercial scheme in Birmingham. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and servicing AC and associated building services across multiple commercial areas within the site. If you’re a reliable, technically skilled engineer who enjoys working in a static environment with a strong team around you, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll be joining an established team of 5 on-site engineers, expanding to 6, and will play a key role in maintaining a high standard of service delivery across the scheme.
