Role Purpose REPORTS TO: Directors To work as a member of the Nursery Administration team and alongside Directors on all administrative matters, in one or across several sites. Accountabilities Operational * Manage and process all government funding * Process all children leaving and starting * Process children’s change of hours * Update and maintain Admissions * Record and keep updated Lunch records * Issue regular newsletters to parents * Liaise with the Bookkeeper and Finance * Officer to provide any information they may require including children’s extra session requirements and end of month returns * Gap Analysis * Risk Assessments for all settings * Yearly Audits * Occupancy reports * Review and liaise with the Directors concerning the Prospectus, Pre – Conditions and Learning Journey book * Keep and Update company policies * Organising and booking outside provisions ie Crèche * Health and Safety updates * Archiving past children’s files * Report any maintenance jobs to Carillion, Amey or the in house Maintenance team * Maintain stationery stocks for the Nursery and re-ordering as required...
