Job Purpose
Join us and you will take responsibility for driving sales growth and profitability in your designated territory for our Dulux Decorator Centre business with specific responsibility for overseeing and developing our trade accounts.

Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for developing and executing the regions sales plan
• Implement local and national promotional activity
• Collaborate with our own branded stores to drive effective customer management
• Working with your technical and specifier colleagues on the same region to secure contracts, projects, and loyalty
• Deliver against key sales KPIs - Revenue, Margin, R&A expenditure & cash collection
• Build successful customer relationships to drive share of wallet growth
• Support the delivery of our sustainability objectives & new product launches
• Use CRM to develop customer insight to shape future action

Job Requirements
• Experienced sales professional
• Record of delivering consistent profitable sales growth within a fast-paced environment
• Used to developing and executing strategic customer plans
• Full driving licence
