As Bookkeeper/Office Administrator (Part Time), you will manage financial records, including ledgers, payroll, HR records and benefits. You'll also consolidate monthly progress reports, oversee office inventory and equipment and handle general administrative tasks. This role offers the opportunity to grow over time with the potential to take on additional hours and responsibilities as the business expands if desired. Duties of the Bookkeeper/Office Administrator (Part Time) - Manage day to day financial transactions, including SAGE entries, invoicing, payments and bank reconciliations. Maintain ledgers, financial records and support preparation of VAT, tax returns and annual accounts. Process monthly payroll and support HR record keeping, onboarding and benefits administration. Prepare cashflow forecasts and financial reports to assist business decision making. Consolidate monthly reports and maintain documentation for clients. Oversee office inventory, equipment and general administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly. Provide ad hoc support to management and colleagues across financial, administrative and business related tasks. Skills Required - Proven experience in a bookkeeping or financial administration role, with a strong understanding of financial management. Confident user of Sage, Excel and Word. Highly organised, methodical and able to manage tasks systematically. Self motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all financial and administrative tasks.
