We are currently looking for an Assistant Company Secretary to join our team based out of our Bradford office on a hybrid model.
The role involves supporting the Company Secretary in key responsibilities of the Company Secretarial Function, including statutory compliance, board support, preparation for board meetings, minute taking, auditor requests, and project management.
Responsibilities include organising and supporting board meetings, maintaining statutory filing requirements, general administration, and other ad-hoc tasks.
To succeed in this role, candidates should hold or be working towards their CGI or ICSA qualification. Strong communication skills and IT literacy are essential.
