Job Description:
* Deliver and teach CSCS Level 1 Health & Safety courses to learners, ensuring high-quality training outcomes.
* Manage CSCS Level 1 renewals (Renewals L1) efficiently and accurately.
* Support and process NVQ registrations and maintain accurate learner records.
* Administer CITB course bookings and documentation, ensuring compliance with awarding bodies.
* Guide learners through the education and training process, including course enrolment and compliance requirements.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operational workflows.
* The role requires availability to work Sunday through Thursday, 5 days a week.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Hold an appropriate assessor qualification.
Possess a teaching qualification
* Proven ability to teach CSCS Level 1 courses.
* Experience with CSCS, NVQ, and CITB administration.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
* Strong communication skills with a positive, learner-focused approach.
* Deadline-driven, goal-oriented, and committed to maintaining high-quality training standards.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is an advantage.
