This is a new and exciting opportunity to be involved in shaping a new way forward for the Compliance and Risk team.
This is one of two posts in an established team with a portfolio across two organisations.
The postholder will work across NHS Humber Health Partnership, including Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust (NLaG) and Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust (HUTH). The primary responsibility will be for Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS FT, sharing a portfolio with an equivalent post at HUTH.
The Head of Quality, Compliance, and Risk will provide senior leadership for NHS Humber Health Partnership’s compliance strategy, including planning and ensuring all aspects of compliance and risk are met.
Strategic oversight of risk and supporting Care Groups are key aspects of this role, as is working with others to support the Trust’s Quality Priorities. This role is vital in guiding Humber Healthcare Partnership (HPP) to achieve improvements in compliance and assurance activities following CQC recommendations.
This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape high-quality patient care within an established and enthusiastic team.
You will collaborate with Quality Governance Managers and Care Group Leadership Teams to meet clinical governance objectives aligned with our Group values. You will also work with clinical teams within each Care Group.
You must demonstrate excellent communication skills and have experience in compliance monitoring and risk management. You should have developed these skills along with line management experience and be ready for this new opportunity.
Flexibility and responsiveness to the needs of the service and community are essential, as the role covers five hospital locations.
