What You’ll Need
* Registered Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC pin
* Proven experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager within a nursing home
* Strong clinical skills and confidence in leading teams
* Good understanding of CQC standards and compliance requirements
* Ability to support both clinical delivery and operational oversight
What You’ll Do
* Support the day-to-day clinical and operational management of the home
* Maintain high standards of care, safety and compliance
* Supervise and support nursing and care staff in practice
* Assist with audits, care planning and clinical governance
* Step in to lead shifts and support management where required
* Contribute to maintaining CQC standards and inspection readiness
