Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow existing accounts while proactively generating new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve and exceed agreed revenue targets.
• Process orders efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and market data.
• Coordinate closely with production teams to ensure seamless fulfilment of customer requirements.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently, delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Support general sales administration as required.

• A proactive, energetic, and positive approach.
• The ability to perform under pressure in a busy commercial environment.
• Experience in previous sales roles.
• Experience within the manufacturing sector.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
