What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll play a core role in originating and executing complex M&A deals within energy transition and infrastructure, including:
* Leading key workstreams across all deal stages
* Preparing and presenting insightful business cases and financial analysis
* Conducting detailed due diligence on commercial and financial risks
* Drafting investor materials, pitch decks, and announcements
* Collaborating closely with senior colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For:
* ACA qualified, with at least one year of post-qualification experience in M&A, Transaction Services, or financial advisory
* Exposure to the renewables, energy transition, or infrastructure sectors
* Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
* A proactive, commercially curious mindset with strong attention to detail
