Collections Officer – Field Based - Carlisle Here at Peopleforce Recruitment we are looking for a candidate who has a flexible schedule to work on a part-time basis collecting drug and alcohol samples. This role would be working on a standby Fri 6pm - Mon 6pm once a month and also 1 full day per week 6pm - 6pm. During these time periods, you could receive call outs. There may also be some pre booked collections based on the clients and your availability. Please be advised that you will need to drive and have your own vehicle for this role as it will be field based. Key Responsibilities: As a Collections Officer, you will: * Conduct drug and alcohol sample collections in accordance with industry standards and company protocols. * Ensure proper identification, labeling, and handling of samples to maintain chain-of-custody integrity. * Adhere strictly to confidentiality and privacy policies while interacting with clients and test subjects. * Travel to client sites or testing locations as needed (travel expenses covered, if applicable). * Maintain accurate and timely records of sample collection and testing activities. * Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.
