You will work as part of project teams, utilising agile and/or waterfall principles, successfully collaborating with various stakeholders across specialisms including:
4. Getting hands-on with leading edge technology solutions.
5. Continuing a career based on Non-Functional disciplines including tooling and technologies, delivering industry leading solutions across all domains of Non-Functional Testing.
6. Identifying issues and risks, escalating and providing mitigating actions.
7. Leading preparation, execution or review of Non-Functional Testing.
8. Demonstrating experience in result analysis and presentation of easy to read reports.
9. Skilled in Performance Tooling such as JMeter, Neo Load, LoadRunner, Rational Perf Tester, K6 or Workload Scheduler.
10. Conversant in Analytics Tooling such as Splunk, Google Analytics, Dynatrace, Grafana or Kibana.
11. Possessing experience of working in cloud-hosted Infrastructure would be an asset.
Key Skills required:
12. Deep technology inquisitiveness - focusing on key details whilst appreciating their fit in, and impact to, the end to end architecture.
13. A passion to deliver critical client system to an extremely high level of resiliency and operability.
14. A thorough understanding of architectural components across complex, multi-tiered architectures.
15. An ability to conduct deep technical analysis – determining which indicators are key of solution success or failure.
16. A clear thought process for investigating technical issues and steering investigations across wide stakeholder groups.
17. Proven leadership in implementation of Non-Functional Test Strategies and Test Plans.
18. Ability to working in changing and challenging environments, adapting to changing requirements and priorities at short notice.
19. Defect Management lifecycle experience, including tooling such as JIRA, Bugzilla or HP ALM.
