This is a live role within a growing consultancy focused on auditing existing buildings, identifying regulatory non-compliance and delivering practical, budget-conscious solutions. You will join a business that works across Healthcare, Residential, Commercial and Public Sector portfolios, including high-risk and complex existing buildings. The team is heavily involved in regulatory compliance, life safety systems and remedial strategies. From day one, you will be client facing. You will be confident taking briefs, understanding regulatory risks and presenting technical findings clearly to stakeholders. The role will involve carrying out detailed audits of mechanical and electrical building services and life safety systems, identifying non-compliances and producing structured technical reports with recommended remedial actions.
