Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, spirits, and beers to brand standards Creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests Maintaining high presentation standards across the bar area Managing bar prep, stock rotation, and organisation Handling payments and till operations accurately Working closely with restaurant and events teams to ensure seamless service Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene, and safety regulations What Do You Need? Previous experience as a Bartender in a quality-led bar, hotel, or restaurant Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service Excellent communication and guest engagement skills Calm, organised approach during busy service periods Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience Why Join White Rabbit Projects?
