Marketing ManagerStaffline Ireland are recruiting for a Marketing Manager on behalf of leading Web and Digital Marketing company. The Marketing Manager will own and drive company's performance marketing capability across a diverse client portfolio, with a particular focus on high-velocity consumer growth brands in the prize-competition sector. You will build a market-leading growth function, lead strategy across paid and owned channels, optimise budgets of ~£10m, and deliver measurable growth, acquisition efficiency, and lifetime value improvements.Responsibilities:Develop and lead multi-channel growth strategies across sectorsOwn forecasting and reporting processesLead paid media strategy (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube)Run creative testing & performance frameworksEnsure ASA/CAP compliance for competition clientsLead and mentor the marketing performance teamDrive data-led strategies and optimise funnelsWork with exec/founder-level stakeholdersAny other duties role may involvePerson Specification:5 years in performance/growth marketing leadershipProven multi-million-pound budget management (~£5m-£10m+)Deep expertise in paid media platformsExperience leading teams & scaling performanceExperience with high velocity consumer categoriesDesirable Criteria:Prize competition / sweepstakes / gaming / D2C experienceKnowledge of ASA/CAP regulations and complianceCRM & LTV optimisation experience (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot)Experience in always on advertising environments The RewardsThe successful Marketing Manager will enjoy a competitive salary depending on experience plus:BonusFree parkingFlexible working optionsPensionHybrid working LocationThe Marketing Manager role will be based in County Tyrone with the option of hybrid working.
