Responsibilities
* Lead your team to deliver a great customer experience and achieve results.
* Drive sales through oversight of budgets, P&L statements, merchandising, stock management and profit improvement.
* Shape the personality of your store, ensuring it is inviting for both the team and customers.
* Support the wider team of Branch Managers by championing a specific area and contributing to business and development KPIs.
Qualifications
* Experience managing a retail operation at an advanced level.
* Desire to take responsibility for a store and prove yourself.
* Passion for retail and proven business‑management skills.
* Customer‑first mindset to build a thriving business.
* Strong people skills – leads by example and brings out the best in the team.
* Friendly, flexible, reliable, honest and hardworking.
