Responsibilities
* Responsible for the overall relationship of allocated assets, with a focus on driving revenue growth & maximising brand value for Castore. As the lead for your allocated assets, you2ll own the relationships with our partners key stakeholders & be the internal driving force at Castore bringing all departments together to deliver success against our objectives.
* Work with the wider business to explore new business opportunities & retail growth for your assets, take ownership for club critical paths & kit deliveries, as well supporting our Brand team in maximising our contractual marketing rights to help build our brand profile and positioning within the market.
* The Partnerships Manager will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships at all levels of the organisation, along with excellent organisational attributes to ensure all relevant internal and external departments are held accountable.
* Support the Head of Partnerships and the wider team to deliver against our commercial & brand objectives. We are looking for a dynamic individual who will bring energy & ambition to the team.
* Note: We are currently recruiting for two Partnerships Managers in both our Football and Multi-Sport partners.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in sports marketing or sports retail background. Having worked with high profile rights holders/partners would be a plus.
* Sports apparel knowledge & understanding of the team sports retail landscape.
* An excellent understanding of sponsorship & how to leverage such agreements to raise the profile & positioning of our brand.
* Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to hold relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Highly motivated, results-oriented and adaptable to change. We039re looking for someone who can thrive in a fast paced environment.
