The responsibilities of the Second in Maths include:
1. Assist the Director of Learning in ensuring high-quality teaching, learning, achievement, and progress of pupils in the faculty.
2. Be a lead practitioner; work strategically to improve the quality of teaching and learning across the faculty.
3. Assist the Director of Learning in delivering a shared vision for outstanding teaching and learning and fostering a culture of high expectations.
4. Raise standards across the Faculty and Academy, monitor and evaluate performance, and ensure consistency.
5. Lead on delegated aspects of the faculty to deliver high-quality academic provision and support to pupils, including curriculum development, planning, monitoring, behavior for learning, resources, learning environment, performance management, data, and intervention.
