Service Desk Analyst | 3 Months | £170 - £180 Per Day | Exeter
My client is seeking a Service Desk Analyst for an initial 3-month engagement with the possibility of extension. The role requires full-time on-site presence in Exeter. This position is offered on a PAYE basis and falls inside IR35.
Responsibilities
 * Provide first-line IT support via phone, email, and on-site in Exeter.
 * Log, triage, and resolve incidents and service requests following defined processes.
 * Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when required.
 * Collaborate with IT teams to ensure timely resolution and communication with end users.
Qualifications
 * 2+ years of Service Desk / IT Helpdesk / First Line Support experience.
 * Experience building PCs and mobile devices is preferred.
 * Experience with SCCM, Active Directory, Office 365, Citrix VPN.
 * Ability to follow processes and log support tickets accurately.
 * Locality to Exeter and willingness to commit to full-time onsite work.
 * Strong communication skills.
