We're hiring Join our exciting new café concept in the heart of Huddersfield.
Three Beans Café is a brand-new premium venue, serving quality English dishes with a Cypriot twist, artisan coffee, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We're looking for an enthusiastic and professional Front of House/Barista to be the face of our café and provide outstanding service from the first hello to the last coffee of the day.
The Role:
* Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00am – 4:00pm
(Includes a 30-minute unpaid break each day)
* Pay: £12.30 per hour
* Start date: ASAP
* Breakfast service: 9:00am – 11:00am
* Lunch service: Fresh pies, hot meals, and cold options
What You'll Be Doing:
* Greeting customers and creating a friendly, welcoming environment
* Preparing high-quality coffees and beverages to spec
* Taking orders, handling payments, and managing the till
* Serving food and drinks promptly and professionally
* Ensuring tables, counters, and front-of-house areas stay clean and presentable
* Supporting team members during busy periods
* Communicating clearly with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience in barista work or front-of-house hospitality
* A passion for coffee, customer service, and presentation
* A friendly, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
* Good timekeeping and communication skills
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
* Keen eye for cleanliness and attention to detail

Holiday Entitlement:
