We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (IAM) with a T-shaped architectural mindset to lead a critical identity transformation. You will bridge the gap between technical IAM standards and MOD stakeholder requirements, ensuring seamless delivery.
Key Requirements:
* Expertise: Solid understanding of IAM standards and Cyber Security project leadership.
* Communication: Proven ability to lead technical discussions with C-suite and integrators.
* Clearance: Must hold active UK DV Clearance.
* Bonus: Previous MOD experience; TOGAF, CISSP, or CISM certifications.
Your Role: You will map the IAM landscape, structure complex programs, and harmonize delivery across multiple stakeholders. You will translate technical complexity into actionable strategy, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
