Job Description

We are looking for someone passionate about HR, who thrives in an ever changing, innovative environment, having comprehensive HR experience with a wide exposure to key people management processes.


You will be required to provide an efficient, hands-on, operational function in line with our HR ethos, who will support the smooth operation of our dynamic HR team, ensuring that our colleagues well-being is priority. You will be impartial, offering comprehensive advice on all aspects of HR, being mindful of legislation, best practice and our business approach, while supporting the welfare of our teams during their journey with us.


This role offers exposure to all aspects of HR, making it a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves to do something different every day, passionate about people and can see beyond the traditional scope of human resources whilst enjoys being in the heart of the action!


Information:

1. Position: HR Advisor
2. Duration: Permanent
3. Location: Based between South East London & City London Offices (with opportunity to travel to national contracts)
4. Pay: £43,000 - £50,000 (Depending on experience)
5. Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00 (flexibility required as per needs of the business)
