This role supports the European Commercial function by managing customer relationships, overseeing the end‑to‑end sales process, and ensuring timely delivery of customer requirements. Working closely with the Commercial Manager, the position helps manage existing accounts across tea, coffee extracts, and decaffeinated tea, while also contributing to new business development.
Key responsibilities include handling customer enquiries, supporting product development initiatives, coordinating customer meetings and training sessions, managing CRM data, preparing sales reports, and maintaining accurate account information. The role also supports the sales pipeline by qualifying leads and helping drive growth within the assigned customer base.
