As a Trainer at UTS, you will get involved with: Delivering high-quality learning disability and autism training to diverse customers, such as NHS Trusts, private hospitals, local authorities, and care providers. Ensuring all training is compliant with legislation, best practices, and UTS policies. Providing guidance and support to learners. Delivering within agreed timescales to meet customer and learner needs. Communicating with enthusiasm, clarity, and confidence. Being an instrumental part of our training associate community. Prior experience delivering training, ideally face-to-face and virtually. A strong background in health and social care, with proven competencies in learning disability and autism.
