This is a full-time, Monday–Friday permanent position with exciting career prospects. Salary is up to £30,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong experience in a similar professional role
* Knowledge of insurance products and/or experience working in a regulated environment
* The ability to listen, understand, and identify customer needs
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service and maintaining professionalism
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong organisational skills
* Certificate in Insurance (desirable)
