IT Service Desk Analyst – Edinburgh
Our client, a highly respected name in the professional services sector, is looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Service Desk Analyst to join their collaborative team in Edinburgh.
What You’ll Do:
As the first point of contact for IT support, you’ll provide 1st and 2nd line assistance across a wide range of technologies, from laptops and mobile devices to software applications and AV setups. You will play a key role in keeping the business running smoothly and securely.
* Experience with Dell laptops & Windows 11
* Microsoft 365
* iManage Work 10
* BigHand Digital Dictation
* Two-Factor Authentication tools
* 12+ months’ experience in IT support or service desk
* Strong Microsoft Windows & Office knowledge
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Experience in Legal, Financial, or Professional Services (preferred)
* A full UK driving licence is a bonus
