Job Title: Senior Administrator Location: Solihull Salary: £28,500 Job Type: Permanent, Full-time Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm Estate Agency Experience Required About the Role We’re looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Administrator to join a fast-paced and dynamic Estate Agency in Solihull. The business is thriving, listing and selling around 20 properties per week, and needs someone who can keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes. You will play a key role in supporting the sales and valuing teams, managing property listings, handling compliance and documentation, and ensuring all administrative processes are completed efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily administrative operations within a busy estate agency office Upload and maintain property listings, images, and documents across company systems and portals Prepare and update marketing materials and property brochures Liaise with solicitors, clients, and third parties to support smooth property transactions Maintain organised databases, records, and filing systems Support team members with scheduling, correspondence, and reporting Mentor and guide junior administrators where needed The Ideal Candidate Proven administrative experience, ideally within estate agency or property Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confident in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines Proactive and capable of working independently Experience with property CRMs and Microsoft Office suite Multilingual skills are an advantage Benefits Monday to Friday working hours – no weekends Supportive and friendly office culture Career progression opportunities within the business
