Store Manager role at TUI in Selly Oak with a focus on leading a team to become destination experts in holidays, cruises, UK breaks and additional products while delivering exceptional sales and service results. Responsibilities
* Lead by example and role model company values to inspire and coach your team while embracing change and rising to the demands of the role.
* Develop your team to be proactive, investigate and resolve questions or complaints, and take ownership when things don’t go right.
* Use customer feedback and insights to spot trends and find new ways to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty to grow the business.
* Work with a variety of systems as technology advances to enhance knowledge and improve the customer digital journey.
* Drive the team to exceed company sales and service goals in Retail.
* Recruit and retain talent, maintaining high engagement and low attrition. Proven passion for leading by example and delivering excellent customer service.
* Be a confident and fun motivator with a strong drive to achieve goals and sales targets.

OPENING/WORK PATTERN: We offer a varied shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays, and evenings at some stores. You will lead the Selly Oak store team to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results.
