About Us:

We are a teaching agency working with an inclusive and vibrant two-form entry primary school in the Borough of Redbridge who are looking for an experienced Reception Teacher.

About the Client:

The school takes great pride in offering a broad, balanced and rich curriculum. The school is looking for a strong and experienced Reception Teacher for a maternity cover from September 2026. If you would like to work in a thriving and successful school as a Reception Teacher, please read on.

Key Responsibilities for a Reception Teacher:

• Deliver the National Curriculum
• Observe and assess children’s progress
• Raising standards for all pupils as a Reception Teacher
• Provide feedback to pupils in relation to their progress and achievement.

Required Skills and Qualifications for a Reception Teacher:

• QTS
• Previous experience working as a Reception Teacher
• At least 2 years’ experience teaching in London schools
• Excellent understanding of Phonics
