Job Title: Composite Boat Builders (Contract)
Location: Fareham
Contract: Outside IR35
Hours: 40–60 per week
We’re on the lookout for skilled Composite Boat Builders to join a busy marine composites team in Hampshire.
What you’ll be doing:
* Working on composite laminating projects
* Fitting bulkheads, hull to deck
* Preparing moulds, lay-up and infusion set‑ups
* Reading and working from technical drawings
* Delivering high‑quality finishes to meet project specifications
What we’re looking for:
* Proven laminating experience
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
* Reliability and flexibility to support overtime when needed
* Previous marine or composites industry experience is highly desirable
What’s on offer:
