Responsibilities
* Set up and manage users for Environmental Monitoring systems.
* Support users and resolve issues, especially as we move to the new My Environment application.
* Update, improve and maintain datasets.
* Respond to internal and external data requests.
* Support system improvement and upgrade projects.
* Work across Water Quality systems and assist with other systems and data as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience of working with large complex datasets.
Willingness to develop and learn new technical skills and apply them across monitoring data and systems.
Motivated, organized, friendly, detail‑oriented, comfortable in a dispersed team environment.
Proactive problem solver.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex technical information to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and deliver through others.
Desirable Skills
* Experience of using and managing environmental monitoring data systems.
* Experience with PowerBI, Access, Excel, Python, SharePoint Online, "R".
* Working knowledge of water quality monitoring.
Training & Incident Response
All team members undertake training and participate in incident response duties. Incident role is essential for supporting communities and preventing harm to the environment.

Additional Information
We also have a Guaranteed Interview Policy for applicants with a disability. Work location is flexible, but a base at one of our offices across England is required. We expect to hold interviews via MS Teams towards the end of December / beginning of January. An apprenticeship is available for the successful candidate.
