We are seeking an experienced Multi‑Trade Carpenter to join a well‑established contractor working across Somerset and surrounding areas. Temporary position, with strong potential for a permanent role for the right candidate.
Benefits for the Multi-Trade Carpenter will include:
* 21-£23per hour, depending on experience
* Company‑funded DBS check
* Access to a company van
The Multi-Trade Carpenter will have to complete:
* School refurbishment projects
* 1st & 2nd fix carpentry
* Basic plumbing tasks
* Patch plastering
* Tiling
* Flooring
* Plastering
* Painting and decorating
* Studwork
* Drylining & Plaster‑boarding
The successful Multi-Trade Carpenter will have:
* Qualified Carpenter (NVQ/City & Guilds or equivalent) or 5+ years' multi‑trade experience
* Clean UK driving licence (6 points or less)
* Willing to undergo a company DBS check
* Solid multi‑trade skill set-particularly carpentry, plastering, tiling, painting, plumbing, drylining
