What you’ll do: Deliver a consistently high standard of cleaning across all designated areas, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and restroom cleaning. Proactively identify and carry out additional cleaning requirements, including deep cleans and special projects. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of stock and supply areas, ensuring all cleaning materials are well managed. Report any defects, repairs, or maintenance issues promptly to management. Work collaboratively with the wider team and provide support during site emergencies and ad-hoc requests. Complete all required documentation accurately and in line with company procedures. What you bring: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polite and courteous manner. Smart, professional appearance with the ability to work well under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, team-focused approach. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload effectively. Flexible and reliable, able to support the team with cover for holidays and sickness when required. Full understanding of site emergency procedures and the importance of maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
