Duties:
Perform vehicle repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics to a high standard as an MOT Technician
Conduct MOT tests (MOT license desirable but not essential; training provided for the right candidate)
Maintain accurate work records and ensure workshop efficiency
Provide excellent customer service and technical advice when necessary
Work independently or as part of a team, adhering to health and safety procedures
Assist with workshop organisation and vehicle inspections
Requirements:
Level 3 (or equivalent) in automotive repair or relevant qualification
Previous workshop experience within a similar role
MOT license is desirable but not essential; training can be provided
Strong technical knowledge of various vehicle makes and models
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and attention to detail
