Quality Inspector Team LeaderOur client, a leading engineering and manufacturing company based in Wymondham are currently seeking a Quality Inspector Team Leader, responsible for supervising and training employees and managing their daily tasks and workload.You will be responsible for effectively communicating goals to the team and providing feedback to both team members and the engineering team.This is a full time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to FridaySalary Banding £38k-48k (DOE)Skills and Experience Required:Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and delegate effectively.Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilitiesAbility to read and interpret technical documents, including engineering drawings and specificationsSound knowledge of production procedureExcellent communication skillsUnderstanding of ISO 9001Key Duties:Supervise and coordinate the inspection team, providing guidance and feedbackAssign inspection tasks and ensure coverage of all areasProvide support and training to team membersVisually inspect components to drawings/standardsFaro Scanning and Basic dimensional measuring using hand tools to drawings/standardsPro-actively communicate any quality related issuesSuggest and implement corrective & preventative actionsWork to tight deadlines and detailed schedulesEnsure inspection activities are carried out in accordance with their internal proceduresComplete any training as deemed necessary for the performance of your roleAny other duties as reasonable requested by managementLead by example in behaviour, working practices, health and safety and standard of housekeepingBenefits:Training and development opportunities20 days annual leave increasing to 25 days with service, plus Bank HolidaysCompany Pension scheme (employee 3% and employer 5%)Holiday purchase scheme, buy up to an additional 5 days annual leaveGroup Life Insurance (2x salary)Employee Assistance ProgrammeEmployee Referral schemeCycle to work schemeCompany workwearOn-site parkingFor further details please forward a copy of your CV today!Todd Hayes Ltd is an equal opportunities employer.
