We are seeking experienced Entertainment Team Managers with a background in multi-venue operations, live shows, and tours. You will lead a team of entertainers dedicated to delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests.
As an Entertainment Team Manager, you will oversee organisation, logistics, and daily operations of our entertainment lineup, working closely with the Head of Activities to motivate your team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role is about creating lasting memories and could be the opportunity of a lifetime for you!
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and support your team to deliver excellent service and meet targets.
2. Guest Experience: Ensure high guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
3. Performance Management: Monitor and review individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching.
4. Resource Management: Manage staff scheduling, budgets, and resources efficiently.
5. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all operations adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
6. Problem Solving: Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain smooth daily operations.
7. Training and Development: Support staff growth through ongoing training and mentoring.
Candidate Requirements
While training and support will be provided, the ideal candidate will:
* Have previous leadership experience within the entertainment industry.
* Proven ability to plan and coordinate events and productions.
* Possess strong leadership attributes.
* Be adaptable, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
* Prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
* Be energetic and passionate about entertainment.
* Be committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
* Be available to work 5 or 6 days per week, including evenings and weekends.
* Be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the UK, with the ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check.
