Summary:
The International Operations Auditor supports the entirety of the International Operations department with a variety of duties and responsibilities that function as the core support of the unit. This is a critical role in the success of the department due to the attention to detail required for the position and the high level of dispute resolution.
Responsibilities:
1. Audits international shipping entries for accuracy
2. Makes any necessary corrections on shipping entries and invoices
3. Reissues corrected documents and invoices
4. Processes corrections in the system
5. Handles escalated disputes and communicates outcome to all involved parties
6. Issus reports related to audits and disputes
7. Audits CRAF shipments and processes invoices for payment
Skills & Experience:
8. Customer contact experience preferred
9. Experience with international transactions strongly preferred
10. Industry exposure desired (or relevant industry)
11. Willingness to talk to partners and clients on the phone to solve disputes and gather information
12. Proficient in MS Office

Pay Range:
21. $20.00 to $21.60 an hour
22. Hybrid Schedule Tues-Wed in Office
23. Monday Thursday and Friday work from home
24. 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
25. Hybrid Schedule
