This role requires a person with exceptional communication and organisational skills to support our fantastic team of Care Assistants to deliver high-quality, reliable care to our valued Clients. The ideal candidate will be personable, offer a great deal of flexibility and be detail-oriented to enable us to provide quality, reliable care.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Provide support to our Care Assistants in their day-to-day job
2. Onboard new carers and introduce them to Clients
3. Participate in new Client assessments, complete and update care plans and risk assessments.
4. Draw up tailored person-centred care plans for new Clients
5. Carry out introductions every time a Care Assistant is matched to a client for the first time
6. Monitor, shadow, supervise and mentor all Care Assistants
