Administrative co-ordinator- occupational health

Overview

An Administration Co-ordinator within Occupational Health is sought to join the existing team. You will be a key member of the Occupational Health team in delivering a professional and comprehensive service within the Board during a period of growth.

Salary and working arrangements will be discussed at interview and as part of the recruitment process.


Responsibilities

* Provide an efficient and effective administration service to the Occupational Health team.
* Carry out general office duties and maintain/order office supplies.
* Arrange meeting venues and coordinate diaries for Occupational Health Nurses.
* Arrange and reschedule clinical appointments.


Qualifications and Skills

* Experience of desktop computer systems and software packages.
* Previous NHS administrative experience is advantageous but not compulsory; full training will be provided.
* Excellent organisational skills with a positive approach and the ability to work effectively within a small but busy team, adapting to diverse and variable service demands.
