Express Recruitment’s are proud to be working with a leading business in the FMCG sector who have ambitious growth plans over the coming years. They are looking to recruit a Sales Account Manager to play a vital role in driving business growth across Europe.
The successful candidate will hold experience creating business opportunities through winning new clients and growing revenue with existing customers, ideally having worked in the FMCG, retail or similar sector.
There is an excellent benefits package on offer including a basic salary of up to £35k (negotiable) plus commission, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, expensed travel when meeting customers, and excellent training opportunities. This is a fully office-based position based near Newark.
Responsibilities
* Account manage a portfolio of existing customers based across the UK and Europe, maintaining and developing relationships with key stakeholders to generate revenue
* Actively seeking new business opportunities with existing and new customers
* Manage and lead a team of two Sales Executives
* Travel when required to customers based in the UK and Europe
* Work with the wider team to provide input on company sales strategy
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role within FMCG, manufacturing and/or distribution sector
* Ability to build and develop relationships with key stakeholders
* Ability to speak European language advantageous
* Understanding of margins with the ability to effectively negotiate
* Full UK Driving Licence
