We're looking for caring and enthusiastic people to join our Day Services team as Hub Enablement Workers. You'll work directly with adults who use our services, helping them take part in activities, build confidence, and connect with their community.
What You'll Do
* Support people to achieve their personal goals using a strengths-based approach.
* Help run activities in our specialist hubs - including dementia, autism, employment, and carer support.
* Provide personal care when needed, always with dignity and respect.
* Work closely with individuals, families, and professionals to create support plans that reflect what matters most to the person.
* Take part in training and team discussions to help improve our services.
What We're Looking For
* Experience working with adults in care or support settings.
* Able to work to Level 2 Diploma in Adult Care and the Care Certificate.
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
* Willingness to work flexibly across different hubs and as part of a team.
