We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £28,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Responding to customer related queries and keeping track of these.
* Analysing data to identify trends and offer solutions.
* Setting up processes and systems to make operational processes more efficient.
* Producing reports and charts communicating trends within data to members of the management
* Presenting information generated from data to customer and managers.
* Supporting the Customs & Excise Manager role and legal compliance.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Proficiency in Excel - understanding information and using formulas and databases
* Proficient in MS Powerpoint and building customer reporting packs
* Familiar with customer service management processes
* Research skills with the ability to collect, analyse information with attention to detail accuracy.
* Knowledge of HMRC protocol would be advantageous (Bonded stock)
