Our client, a school in Workington is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic Kitchen Manager to work in their kitchen. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be running a busy kitchen producing food from fresh ingredients and be responsible for the smooth running of the lunch service. Working days for this role are Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 15:00.
What’s involved?
* Previous Kitchen Manager experience ideally in the school setting
* Proven track record in a high volume, quality school catering establishment
* Ensuring full Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures
* The ability to manage the kitchen and train the team to standards required
* A positive outgoing disposition and real ‘can-do’ approach
