Job Title: Programme Manager\nLocation: Mayfair, City of Westminster\nRemuneration: £30 - £35 per hour (dependent on experience)\nContract Details: Temporary 1st Sept 2025 until 3rd April 2026\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nDesign and develop comprehensive talent product experiences that cater to the evolving needs of employees, managers, and HR professionals.\nImplement and manage feedback loops to gather insights from end-users and stakeholders for continuous improvement.\nCreate intuitive and engaging user experiences for various talent management tools and platforms.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of talent products within existing HR systems.\nAnalyse user data and feedback to inform product iterations and enhancements.\nDesign both cyclical (e.g., annual performance reviews) and non-cyclical (e.g., Coaching or Assessments) talent management solutions.\nDevelop product activation strategies to ensure effective adoption and utilisation across all client groups.\nCreate clear and compelling product documentation, including user guides and training materials.\nSupport the creation of business insights (e.g., People Survey, Onboarding).\nStay current with industry trends and best practises in talent management and product design.\nPresent design concepts and product roadmaps to stakeholders and leadership teams.\nDesign and deliver training to diverse stakeholder groups, including HR, Managers, and Employees.Required Qualifications:\n\nExperience in talent management, product design, or related roles.\nProficiency in product design methods.\nExperience with user research and data analysis.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nStrong project management and organisational abilities.\nExperience working in a matrix organisation.\nKnowledge of agile methodologies and design thinking principles.\nFamiliarity with HR technology platforms and integration.\nCertification in talent management or product design.Join our client's dynamic team as a programme Manager, where you will play a critical role in designing innovative talent management solutions that enhance employee experiences.
