Your New RoleAs an Architectural Technologist, you will work across a broad range of projects from concept through topletion (RIBA Stages 2–7). Your responsibilities will include:
1. Working collaboratively within the design team or independently across multiple live projects
2. Preparing planning documents
3. Producing detailed technical drawings and specifications
4. Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants and stakeholders
5. Conducting site inspections, including those requiring physical access such as scaffolding
6. Attending meetings both on-site and in the office
What You’ll Need to SucceedEssential Qualifications & Experience:
7. BSc in Architectural Technology or HNC/HND in Architecture / Building Construction
8. Minimum 3+ years’ experience in practice post-graduation
9. Working towards ACIAT or MCIAT
10. Experience across both Residential andmercial sectors
11. Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and materials
12. Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and industry standards
13. Understanding of the UK planning system
14. Proven site inspection experience
Softwarepetency:
15. AutoCAD
16. SketchUp
17. Adobe Photoshop
18. MS Office Suite
Key Skills:
19. Organised and detail‑driven
20. Strong verbal and writtenmunication skills
21. Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants and contractors
22. Reliable, dependable and able to work independently
23. Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
24. Experience with Lumion or other 3D rendering software
25. Within a 40‑minutemute of Kenilworth
What You’ll Get in Return
26. Salary: £30,000 – £38,000 depending on experience
