The Role:
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in the daily lives of our Clients, ensuring they receive the care and support they need. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting Clients with personal care tasks such as bathing & dressing.
* Supporting Clients with mobility and physical activities.
* Administering medication as prescribed.
* Providing companionship and emotional support.
* Assisting with meal preparation and feeding.
* Maintaining accurate records of care provided.
* Ensuring a safe and clean home environment.
Essential Criteria:
* A Full UK Driving license or International license (valid for at least 6 months).
* Your own car.
* A caring nature.
* Empathy and patience.
* Organisational skills.
* Flexibility.
* Effective communication skills.
Role Benefits:
* £14.57ph on weekdays and £15.02ph on weekends (please note, these pay rates include your rolled-up holiday pay).
* We will cover the cost of your Enhanced DBS check, Social Care Wales registration fee, and a Blue Light Card - saving you over £70! (We will reimburse you for the Blue Light Card and SCW registration fee on proof of purchase and once you have worked for us for more than four weeks).
* We pay you to attend our 5-day in-depth Induction and training programme (paid at national minimum wage once you have worked for us for a minimum of 50 hours).

* 2 weekends off per month.
